This Privacy Policy explains what information BluRidge Funding LLC ("BluRidge," "we," "us") collects through bluridgefunding.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We built this site to collect as little as possible: our calculators and statement builder run entirely in your browser, and we receive information only when you choose to send it to us.
Information you provide. When you submit a deal inquiry, schedule a call, email us, or call us, we receive what you choose to share: typically your name, email address, phone number, business name, and information about your financing need, such as the property, loan amount, and timeline.
Tools that run in your browser. Our calculators and the personal financial statement builder process everything you type locally on your device. The figures you enter are not transmitted to us, stored by us, or visible to us unless you separately choose to send them to us.
How form submissions travel. When you send a deal inquiry or a deal brief, your entries go from your browser to our website infrastructure provider, Cloudflare, which processes the request (including your IP address) and passes the contents to an email delivery service that sends them to our inbox. We keep them in email like any business correspondence. If we enable a bot check on the forms, Cloudflare processes limited technical signals from your browser solely to tell people from automated software.
Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure may log basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps for security and operations. We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell personal information.
We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, evaluate and arrange financing you request, communicate with you about your transaction, meet legal and record-keeping obligations, and protect against fraud and misuse of the site.
Arranging financing is our business, and it requires sharing. When you ask us to arrange financing, we share relevant information about you and your transaction with prospective lenders and capital sources, and with service providers involved in the transaction such as title, escrow, and appraisal. We also share information when required by law, to enforce our agreements, or in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
By submitting your contact information, you agree that we may contact you about your inquiry by phone, email, or text message. Your consent to receive calls or texts is not a condition of doing business with us. You may opt out of marketing email at any time using the unsubscribe link in the message or by contacting us, and you may reply STOP to end text messages.
We keep the information you send us for as long as needed for the purposes above, including the record-keeping periods that apply to financial transactions, and then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please use judgment about what you send by email.
Depending on where you live, including under the Utah Consumer Privacy Act and similar laws in other states, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of certain uses. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info [at] bluridgefunding.com. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by applicable law. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising privacy rights.
This site does not use advertising cookies or advertising trackers. We may use basic website analytics to understand aggregate usage, such as which pages are visited, approximate region, device type, and how visitors move through the site. Analytics information is used in aggregate to improve the site, is not used to identify you personally, and is never sold or shared for advertising. Where applicable law requires consent for analytics cookies, consent is requested before they are set, and you may decline without losing access to the site.
Our services are for businesses and adults. This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
We link to outside resources, including government websites such as sba.gov and irs.gov. Their privacy practices are their own; review their policies when you visit.
